Upload Peace Upon Your Mind

We have many confused things in the whole days that are thoughts come from work or thoughts come from social affairs.
In most nights, worries and stresses are stored in our mind before we sleep. We always bath our bodies,
we always sweep our room but we mostly do not clear our mind. So, we cannot sleep peacefully and we
mostly do not wake up peacefully.

Here, I want to advice you to upload peace upon your mind before you sleep. It's not my own method.
It comes from many books that I read.
Firstly, please wash your hands and legs before you sleep. And wear clean clothes. Clothes must be
comfort to you. I must not be so tights. Then, clean your bed. Your bed must be clean from dust,
incest etc. Switch off the room lights. If you do not like darkness, please use dim light.
Bright light can stimulate your unconscious mind and your sleeping will unconsciously wake up
many times when you sleep.

Lay still, breathe deeply for a while. Then, breathe rhythmatically, breathe not so long or not so short.
When you can control your breathe, then count your breathe. First "breathe in" must count one and "breathe out"
count one. Breathe in two, breathe out two. Then going on till breathe in fifteen and breathe out fifteen.
When you count your breathe, please do not think nothing. Think only your count on breathe.
After fifteen, repeat from one till fifteen again. The important thing is that you must not move
your body, even a finger, even your tongue and eyelids, and not to think anything.

After control your breathes, you must put a thought into your mind. What thought? It is that you must tell
yourself deeply like that, " I am laying peacefully, I will sleep peacefully".
Repeat these two sentences till you can feel yourself peaceful.
Relax your body by moving nothing. Relax your mind by thinking nothing.
Feel yourself that you cannot move anything on your body. Don't be too nervous in these exercises.
The tension will prevent your peace.
Then, tell yourself that "I am sleeping". Please tell this word slowly and not from your mouth but from your mind.
Repeat like that, "I am sleeping.", "I...am...sleeping.", "I...... am........sleeping.",
" I...........a..m......sl...ee.....p..ing."
Feel your eyelids are so heavy, so heavy and cannot be opened. Nothing can disturb your sleeping.
All things are blur in your mind.
All thoughts are fading away from your mind.
Then, you are sleeping peacefully.
